- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a Medibank member for one and a half year, and I have always been very satisfied with their services. I wanted to change my existing policy from a single to a family one, so I visited the Rockingham Medibank Store last week and was welcomed by Danette Carr, Customer Service Consultant. I was really impressed with Mrs Carr's friendliness and eagerness to assist. Her knowledge of the services impressed me a lot and with her help we found a great policy suitable for all the members of my family. In a very short time (5 days) I received our new cards and I was able to claim some services straight away. Thank you Medibank for employing consultants like Mrs Carr.
